Fildena 150 mg tablet works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE-5 which regulates blood flow through the penis. Blocking PDE-5 causes this cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) to increase the relaxation level for the smooth muscles in that region of the penis. This relaxes the blood flow which helps in retaining and maintaining the erection after sexual stimulation.
