I’m interested in starting my journey with energy healing and have been researching different options. Can anyone share their experiences with reiki training? I want to understand how to choose a good course and what to expect from the process.

Is it better to learn in-person or online? Also, how long does effective reiki training usually take before you can start practicing confidently? Any recommendations for reputable teachers or schools would be greatly appreciated.
